The Patient Click Through Report provides click-through rate data, including numbers and percentages, to show how many patients click to view their bill and make payment from the communication sent to them. Click-through rate data can help gauge the effectiveness of the bill communication and how well patients respond. The report can be generated for select practices, timeframe (This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year or Custom Date Period) and bill age (28-30). The report is downloaded only as Excel. It provides a detailed break-down of click-thru data by each message type (electronic and print) including: Initial Bill Emails, Initial Bill Reminder Emails, Past Due Emails, Initial Bill Texts, Initial Bill Reminder Text, Past Due Texts, Printed Statement and Printed Pre-Collect Letter. The report shows the selected reporting period first, and the previous month’s data second for comparison.
