Below is a summary of the enhancements and improvements included in this release:

  • This release delivers more automated, configurable invoicing and billing, richer payment plan options and ACH retries, stronger onboarding and MID controls, and improved admin analytics, UI polish, and audit/audit logging to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

Automated Invoicing & Admin Billing

Automated Invoicing System
Automates recurring invoice generation using org and partner rules, configurable for custom billing, fee structures, and go-live dates. Includes APIs for deleting fees and supports bill‑to‑partner logic.
Impact: Reduces manual intervention, increases billing flexibility, and supports compliant invoicing for all org and partner accounts.

Automated Invoicing & Admin Billing
Automated Invoicing System
Automates recurring invoice generation using org and partner rules, configurable for custom billing, fee structures, and go-live dates. Includes APIs for deleting fees and supports bill‑to‑partner logic.
Impact: Reduces manual intervention, increases billing flexibility, and supports compliant invoicing for all org and partner accounts.

Admin UI & Backend Billing Configuration
Provides full admin control via CRUD modules for partner and organization billing, fee logic, audit trails, and toggles for auto‑billing and partner‑billing.
Impact: Ensures billing setups are configurable and traceable at every level, with clear, auditable histories.

Statement Page Fee
Introduces a new fee type to cover physical statement generation, calculates fees based on print activity, and automatically includes them in billing when paper‑statement flags are set.
Impact: Enables revenue capture for paper‑based processes without manual tracking or additional configuration.

Accounting Report UI and Exports
Adds a new operational billing report with downloadable CSV/Excel exports, server‑side pagination, and consistent column ordering across formats.
Impact: Provides better, faster financial oversight and reporting reliability.

Payment Plans & Patient Billing

Multiple Payment Plan Configuration
Adds backend and UI support to define, save, and display multiple payment plan intervals (monthly, bi‑monthly, weekly).
Impact: Increases flexibility and self‑service options for partners and orgs, improving patient experience and plan visibility.

ACH Retry Enhancement
Automatically retries failed ACH installment payments using the backup card on file.
Impact: Reduces missed payments and manual follow‑up work.

Payment Plan Option Display Fixes
Ensures all eligible payment plan options remain visible and selectable for patients and admins, including after revisiting payment screens or through direct navigation.
Impact: Prevents lost revenue due to hidden or unclear payment plan options.

Onboarding & MID 


MID Onboarding Fixes
Prevents duplicate MID requests by disabling the action button while processing. Auto‑populates credentials into org/partner records and supports longer password fields for PCI compliance. Expands the onboarding audit trail and logging for all user actions, role‑based edit permissions, access logs, and validation screens.
Impact: Increases system integrity, reduces duplicate data, and simplifies onboarding for support and operations teams.

Onboarding Application Access Flows
Updates welcome and activation flows to use timed links, account lockouts, and reminders according to inactivity rules.
Impact: Streamlines access and reactivation for applicants and admins, reducing support requests.

Admin Portal & Analytics
Daily Activity & Analytics Reports
Implements server‑side pagination, UI info popovers, and full filter/sort audits for large data reports.
Impact: Improves reporting speed, usability, and data fidelity for admin users.

UI/UX Improvements
Refines logo aspect ratios, improves attachment/download reliability, and adds dynamic updates for auto‑pay tags across patient and admin portals.
Impact: Provides a more polished, consistent brand experience and greater operational stability.
