Enhancements in This Release
Onboarding Application & Portal

Admin Onboarding Dashboard & Application Workflow:
- Admins can now initiate, edit, and manage onboarding applications using a new dashboard with filters, infinite scroll, and status tracking.
- Application statuses include: Started, Sent, Sales Review, Pre-Underwriting, Underwriting, Approved, Rejected, and Cancelled.
- Manage applicants with the ability to add, edit, delete, invite, and track status using secure links and two-factor authentication.
- Full audit trail with event history (logins, edits, status changes, submissions) including timestamps and user attribution.
- Downloadable signed and archived PDF versions of completed applications, including signatures and supporting documents.
- Role-based permissions for creating, deleting, underwriting approval, and MID request actions.

Applicant Portal Improvements:
- Secure invite links with two-factor authentication (email/SMS), code expiry, and draft preservation.
- Role-based signature validation: Applicants may submit without signatures, but signers are required to sign.
- Email notifications on application submission with configurable recipient lists and direct links to the Admin Portal.

Data Capture & Compliance:
- Split name fields for Worldpay API compliance; first and last names are now captured separately.
- Secure double-entry for bank routing and account numbers, replacing voided check uploads with attestation and checkbox.
- Photo ID and voided check/bank letter image capture, with mobile workflow and OCR support where possible.
- Masking of SSN and DOB in the UI and PDFs, except for underwriting review.

KYC & Underwriting Integrations:
- IRS TIN verification via Sovos API with results displayed in underwriting.
- Experian credit check API integration for business credit reports.
- WHOIS lookup API integration for practice website verification.

Merchant ID (MID) Automation:
- Automated Worldpay MID request and credential retrieval for approved applications, with UI feedback and credential storage.
- “Board to PayFac” button to automate PayFac onboarding once an application is approved.

UI/UX Improvements:
- Layout updates: Bank information moved above terms, improved mobile workflows, and enhanced status bar.
- Removal of unnecessary options (such as opt-out and print), streamlined dropdowns, and improved validation messages.
- New “Rework” status in onboarding for applicant modifications after underwriting.
Admin Reports & Data Management

VCC Transaction Report:
- New report for VCC payments with customizable filters and export options.

User Management:
- CSV downloads now honor applied filters for practice, roles, and statuses.
- Improved UI for user creation, including a wait cursor for slow operations and corrected search visibility for new users.

Recon & File Delivery:
- Support for “None” as a delivery method; recon files are not delivered if not required.
- Enhanced duplicate detection logic for recon files when lookback days are adjusted.
- Improved format dropdown and delimiter/header options for clarity and usability.
- Custom Airflow DAGs updated to new SFTP locations and deprecated as needed.

Dependency Upgrades:
- MySQL Connector-J, Apache POI, AWS SDK, Lombok, Node.js, and Python have all been upgraded or standardized for improved security and performance.
- Managed Airflow DAGs upgraded to the latest Python and package versions.

Database & API Changes:
- New schemas and tables for onboarding applications, applicants, audit trails, and ownership information.
- Backend APIs for application listing, filtering, creation, and deletion now feature robust validation and infinite scroll.
- Practice columns (EIN, NPI, payprocessor_id) have been moved to the organization table for improved schema management.
Fixes in This Release
Onboarding & UI
- Resolved multiple UI issues: input masking, dropdown placeholders, calendar limits, mobile alignment, and color inconsistencies.
- “Pended” status corrected to “Pending”; obsolete fields removed and status transitions improved in admin onboarding.
- Reports now load correctly when navigating between recon and distribution, eliminating stuck states.
- Left menu spacing corrected for roles with restricted submenu access.
Recon & Payments
- Optum matching algorithm now uses patientName instead of subscriberName for VCC payments, ensuring accurate demographic matching.
- Deleting an organization now removes associated VCC payment and enrollment records.
- Recon file ingestion logic improved to prevent duplicate files when adjusting lookback days.
- Recon alert emails now only trigger on actual errors, not false positives.
User Management
- New users created with “Allow user to create password” now appear in search results as expected.
- Save button now shows a wait cursor to prevent duplicate submissions.
Reports
- Guarantor Details breadcrumb navigation now returns to the correct screen in AR Management reports.
- Download CSV in User Management now respects applied filters.
Payments
- EMV card reader now displays “Amex” instead of “American Express” for card type.
- Lockbox file ingestion fixed for bills with Account ID in Guarantor block.
Technical & Infrastructure
Airflow & Automation
- New DAG for ElitePS print JSON uploads; updated custom transaction report DAG for HCI.
- Deprecated HAP_Monthly_Dashboard and removed “core” tag from non-critical DAGs.
Security & Compliance
- Masking of sensitive data (SSN, DOB) in UI and PDFs, except for authorized underwriting users.
- FullStory tracking for insurance payments workflow, with robust PHI and credit card data masking.
