Login
The Login screen prompts the user for credentials before allowing access to the system. Users are expected to enter a username and password. Validation prompts are given if either of the two required fields are blank, if the username is unknown, or if the password is invalid. If checked, the Remember me checkbox will auto-populate the last used username. If the user clicks Need help signing in? the screen will expand to display Forgot password and direct you to the Reset Password screen.

PatientPay uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect user accounts and patient data. Depending on your access, you may be required to use MFA to access PatientPay Admin.
